Cushion cover "Memory of Leaves" 50x50cm

 This unique textile creation is made with real leaves printed onto the fabric using an eco-dyeing technique. The plants have created natural patterns in shades of gray against a warm ochre background. The fabric reveals deep, organic tones that bring a natural and soothing atmosphere to contemporary interiors.
 I printed two dragonflies to add some poetry to the leaf pattern.
 The cushion cover creates harmony in the room...and will speak to those who feel the need to connect with nature, silence, and a resonant form of textile art. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, this piece celebrates the beauty of life, imperfection, and the craftsmanship of the artisan.
 The fabric is cotton.
